wearing makeup is best.especially if your foundation has some SPF in it.you dont want your nose to burn!you dont have to moisturize your body before.just use your bronzing lotion before you go into bed.moisturizing after tanning is important though.dont shower after you tan.you’ll wash the bronzer off.
